I'm thankful for the compilation of MSK Anomalies and variants by Dr Chad Warshel. It was a good overview.
I have seen most of these in my clinical practice. I could probably add a lot of examples from my own x-rays that I have accumulated over the years. I found that when I took x-rays of patients that weren't responding to treatments as I would expect them to, there was some unusual finding on those x-rays that I would not have been able to find out or analyze had I not taken those x-rays. So I agree with Dr Warshel.
