  • 47-year-old male with 10 plus years of neck and low back pain with progression over last 2 years (2018) – How questioning the x-ray report led to the proper diagnosis and plan of management.    
  • 42-year-old male with 4.5 months of mid thoracic pain after a basketball jump (2015) - Re-examination of a patient included a review of his imaging saved the patient’s life.   
Understand full assessment of patient’s complaint include review of previous imaging studies.
How to recognize radiographic findings of sacroiliitis and to differentiate from osteitis condensans.
Recognize some reports may not be accurate and have significant impact on the health of your patients.
