This webinar will provide CCA members with a short presentation and extended opportunity to ask questions related to the CCA insurance benefits program. Insurance representatives will discuss the recently launched health and dental, disability, life, critical illness and AD&D insurance plans, plus the optional health care spending account.


Ce webinaire sous forme de courte présentation donnera aux membres de l’ACC l’occasion de poser des questions liées au régime d’assurance de l’ACC lors d’une séance prolongée. Des représentants de notre assureur discuteront des régimes récemment lancés d’assurance maladie et dentaire, d’assurance invalidité, d’assurance vie, d’assurance contre les maladies graves ainsi que d’assurance décès et mutilation accidentels, en plus du compte de gestion santé offert en option.

Instructors

Dr. Ayla Azad, DC, MBA

CCA CEO

Dr. Azad graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic (USA) and completed her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree from Athabasca University. Dr. Azad was in private practice at Total Rehab, a multi-disciplinary rehab clinic in Ajax, Ontario from 1999 to 2020. During that time, she was also teaching at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in the Chiropractic Therapeutics, Principles and Practice and Clinical Education Departments. Dr. Azad has served on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Chiropractic Association, serving as President and Chair of the Board from 2015 to 2017, and has served on the Board for the Canadian Chiropractic Research Foundation and the World Federation of Chiropractic. Dr. Azad began working at the Canadian Chiropractic Association, in 2020 and is currently the Chief Executive Officer.
