Dr. Ellul is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) and holds a Master’s degree in Health Studies and Clinical Teaching from Athabasca University. With over a decade of teaching experience, Dr. Ellul has held faculty positions at CMCC, Seneca Polytechnic and Durham College. She is currently the Board Chair for the Canadian Chiropractic Research Foundation (CCRF) and the Chair of the School of Computer Programming and Analysis within the Faculty of Applied Sciences and Engineering Technology at Seneca Polytechnic.
Beyond the undergraduate classroom, she is the co-developer of the TMJ 2 Toes® Seminar Series, a post-graduate adjusting program designed to advance chiropractic techniques.
Dr. Ellul continues to maintain a part-time clinical practice in Ontario, Canada. In 2025, she co-authored the textbook Modern Office Administration, published by Northrose Educational Resources, contributing insights into the field of office management and education.
Dr. Paul Gold has over 30 years of clinical practice experience and 20 years as an undergraduate technique instructor at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He is a co-founder of the TMJ 2 Toes Extremity Adjusting Seminar, which provides practitioners with continuing education (CE) credits in the art of extremity diagnosis and manipulation. He has also taught anatomy and physiology at Durham College. Dr. Gold has been a podium presenter at the ACC-RAC conferences, highlighting interesting clinical cases from his practice.
Dr. Draper is the Director of Professional Practice at the Canadian Chiropractic Association (CCA). She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science Degree in Human Kinetics and Developmental Psychology from the University of Guelph and is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). In addition to her work at the CCA, she practices downtown Toronto at a family-based interdisciplinary clinic, focusing on pregnancy and postpartum care. Before joining the CCA, Dr. Draper was a faculty member and course coordinator for Clinical Diagnosis and Female Care and taught within the Chiropractic Techniques and Chiropractic Principles departments at CMCC. She has a number of peer-reviewed journal articles and has presented research at various conferences.
