Dr. Varsha Kumar, DC, DACBR, FCCR(C)
Dr. Varsha Kumar completed her chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). She further pursued her radiology residency in California where she completed a placement at the Los Angeles County Hospital.
After acquiring her diplomat status from the American Chiropractic Board of Radiologists, she was then accepted as a Fellow of the Chiropractic College of Radiologists of Canada. She is currently the Chair of Diagnostic Imaging in the Undergraduate Studies Division and Program Coordinator of Diagnostic Imaging in Graduate Studies at CMCC.
Dr. Kumar in her role as a resource clinical radiologist also enjoys interacting and discussing cases with interns and clinicians when reviewing their patient’s diagnostic images. Dr. Kumar is a strong advocate for evidence-based medicine and best practices.
Dr. Bill Hsu, DC, DACBR, FCCR(C)
Dr. Bill Hsu is an Associate Professor and Faculty Radiologist in the Division of Clinical Education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). He was previously President of the Chiropractic College of Radiologists of Canada and was later an Assistant Professor at D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY. After earning his undergraduate degree in biochemistry and a Doctor of Chiropractic at CMCC, he pursued and completed FCCR and DACBR certifications. Dr. Hsu’s research focuses on clinical indications for imaging and clinical presentation of various musculoskeletal entities. He has contributed articles to the Journal of the American Chiropractic Association, Journal of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, the Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics and several other academic journals and books.
Dr. Crystal Draper, DC
CCA Senior Manager of Professional Practice
Dr. Draper is the Senior Manager of Professional Practice at the Canadian Chiropractic Association (CCA). She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science Degree in Human Kinetics and Developmental Psychology from the University of Guelph and is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). In addition to her work at the CCA, she practices downtown Toronto at a family-based interdisciplinary clinic, focusing on pregnancy and postpartum care. Before joining the CCA, Dr. Draper was a faculty member and course coordinator for Clinical Diagnosis and Female Care and taught within the Chiropractic Techniques and Chiropractic Principles departments at CMCC. She has a number of peer-reviewed journal articles and has presented research at various conferences.
